Dominion Command does not rent or sell the names of members to any organization or advertiser. On occasion, Dominion Command may provide a partner in the Member Benefits Package Program with members’ names and addresses only to advise them of products and services being offered.
New members are required to give consent, or otherwise, to this procedure by signing the Privacy Statement on the Membership Application Form. Current members’ information will be made available unless Dominion Command is notified otherwise. Please note that members who wish to change their Privacy information status must do so through their branch by requesting that the branch submit a Member Data Change Form to the Dominion Command Member Services Department.
The Legion.ca web site does not automatically collect any specific personal information from you, such as your name, phone number or e-mail address. We would only obtain this type of information if you supply it to The Royal Canadian Legion via Membership Application, Member Data Change Form or other branch channel information procedures.
